Continuing to fly the flag for Liverpool Grime, KOJ joins forces with long-term collaborator Jakebob on their latest joint project ‘Flyin’ The Flag‘.

Featuring the previously released second instalment of KOJ and Jakebob‘s ‘Blue Notes‘ series, the 8-track project takes us through the life of KOJ up until this point. A story of pain and loss balanced with reflection and self-improvement towards the end of the project. Wrapping up the project with ‘New MoonKOJ dives deep into his vulnerable side, featuring a powerful final tarot reading from KOJ‘s late auntie, KOJ expresses how everything is now becoming clear and none of his past experiences have been a coincidence.

Exclusively produced by Leominster based Jakebob along with the Olja Beatz co-produced title track, we also hear a single guest feature from fellow Liverpool artist Trapson on ‘Comfortable‘. Calling upon artist Holly Mingo to provide the incredible abstract artwork to go along with the release, we see how much  effort KOJ puts into his work.
