Last week we were met with the terrible news that DJ Scholar has sadly passed away.
Playing a pivotal role in developing the foundations of Grime as a member of Ruff Sqwad as well as continuing to showcase fellow Grime artists through his Pyro Radio show, DJ Scholar was an integral part of the scene throughout his career. Creating timeless classics with a producer tag that will forever ring in the ears of Grime fans, DJ Scholar was truly a legend that will never be forgotten.

Heading out to pay their respects, friends, family and fans linked up at the Bow round-about to remember the incredible life Scholar lived and the legacy he left behind. Ringing of riddems and spraying bars in true Grime fashion, the community really came out to give the Bow born legend a memorial to be remembered.
