Hi! I’m Lozzy C, and I curate Wheel Up Wednesdays for Keepin It Grimy. I round up my favourite radio sets from the past 7 days, showcasing the best instrumentals, blends, and mixes from the wizards behind the decks, and delving into all aspects of Grime, 140, garage, and more.

Keep Hush’s latest upload is Oblig B2B Skee Mask at the Keep Hush stage at The Cause: Seaside Beano. Arguably set of the year. It’s a masterclass blend of Techno and Grime. Oblig opened the set with a Oblig and Skee Mask dubplate special from Logan over Magnetic Man’s Box Of Ghosts‘. Special stuff. From there, the duo had the crowd hanging on every tune and they delivered every single time.

Mode London’s DTM Invites had Youngsta and Crazy D down for a heavy 140 set. DTM’s DJ Klaim kicked off the first forty minutes, with Youngsta taking over for the last hour. Like N-Type’s show that I featured last week, this is a perfect Outlook Festival warm up. Make sure you check out Mode’s stage at the UK Outlook this year!

Kirby T’s collab show with Love In The Endz saw him DJ a set with Duppy, SD9 and Shorty. Sets with people from different ends of Grime linking up will always draw me in, because you’re never sure of the energy you’re going to get. Safe to say this definitely worked. Big up Kirby for another amazing set.

On Friday Foundation FM and AZ Captures hosted a Pay Your Shooter takeover. My pick of the sets was Oblig with Manga Saint HilaireRazorMic Ty and Kabz. The line-up really does speak for itself, and the mandem delivered with an hour-long showcase of pure tek. Full enjoy on this one.

Pure Fire’s livestreams have returned to Youtube after a seven month hiatus. DJ pure returned to the decks with a set from Flirta D and Jimmy, and later with a set with Doni Rampage and Tiny Da G. Pure Fire’s livestreams had become a staple for new Grime content before their hiatus, so big up Pure for bringing back the music.
