The stage was set last night for ‘Lockoff presents Manga Saint Hilare and The Outsiders‘, the first Grime event post lockdown. Not just known as the release campaign king, he’s been known to put on a very sick show and last night was no different.
It was vibes aplenty from the get go with a sick selection of the scenes DJs. Making his debut on the decks, and kicking off the show was Wingy Wingson aka King of the Wing to all The Outsiders. J Oh Zee, Chamber 45, Silencer, and Ob-server were all on deck duties.
Kirby T was the selector for Manga’s set, and he did not disappoint. First on the set list was ‘No Hard Feelings‘ which warmed up for ‘Different Pattern‘ that made the room totally erupt. The crowd kept that same energy all the way until Ob-server’s closing set. The audience were also treated to performances from Queenie, Footsie, Murkage Dave and Traxx.

The label for the night was ‘all The Outsiders are inside’ as everyone skanked, laughed, drunk and sung along. Manga let it be known it was a room ‘full of loved ones’ and we were all there as one to enjoy the vibes.
